Information collected through the contact form.
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message that you provide.
This information is used solely to read and respond to your enquiry, including enquiries concerning bookings, press, licensing, collaborations and other professional matters.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to communications sent to us. When an enquiry concerns a possible contract or booking, the information may also be processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
The contact form is provided using WPForms Lite. Remote WPForms entry backups are disabled. Form submissions are delivered to our designated email account and may remain in that mailbox for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, maintain relevant correspondence, meet legal obligations or establish or defend legal claims. Messages that are no longer needed are deleted periodically.
Mailing list
If you subscribe to Casbah 73 / The Jade news, we collect your email address and information required to document your subscription, such as the date and time of signup, confirmation status and IP address.
This information is used only to send news about releases, performances, mixes and other Casbah 73 / The Jade activity.
The legal basis for sending these emails is your consent. Subscriptions use a double opt-in process: after submitting your address, you must confirm it through an email before being added to the active mailing list.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter or by contacting us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
The mailing list is managed using MailPoet. MailPoet processes and delivers subscription and newsletter emails on our behalf. Engagement analytics, email-open tracking, click tracking and collection of subscriber time zones have been disabled.
Subscriber information is retained while the subscription remains active. When someone unsubscribes, limited information may be retained where necessary to record and respect that request and to prevent further unwanted messages.

Website hosting and technical logs
This website is hosted by ICDSoft. As part of normal website operation and security, the hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, dates and times, and server or security logs.
This information is processed for the legitimate interests of operating, maintaining and protecting the website, diagnosing technical problems and preventing abuse. Logs are retained according to operational and security requirements and are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
